All our customers have the choice to ship via FED EX, UPS or United States Postal Service. All orders over $100.00 are free when shipped anywhere in the continental United States including Alaska & Puerto Rico.
Address change charges: Shipping companies charge a $10.00 charge for address changes after the package is underway. If the change is due to customer fault ,this charge will be charged to the customer.
Service to P.O. Boxes: Service to customers with post office boxes will be delivered by U.S.P.S. as the other carriers will not.
Surcharges; Any surcharges from carriers for extra service or hard deliveries will be passed on to the customer.

Orders received by FTA2Z Sales are typically sent either by UPS, FedEx or U.S. Postal Service. Please refer to the individual product you are purchasing for shipping times. Standard Shipping typically takes between 5 – 7 business days depending on your location.
If you want guaranteed NEXT "Business" Day or 2nd "Business" Day delivery, or your order is urgent, then request so in the shopping cart. All express shipping services need to be submitted online by 3PM EST or over the phone by 5PM EST.
Saturday deliveries are among premium services and subject to additional charges as per the carrier. We highly recommend you submit special delivery orders through one of our sales staff. Please note that if you need Saturday Delivery, you will need to mention that in the shopping cart. Additional charges (~$12 ) will apply for Saturday delivery.
Customers Outside the Continental U.S.
If you wish to ship something outside the continental U.S., you may contact us for a shipping quote. You must have the name and product code of the item you wish to purchase as well as a full shipping address ready when you call or e-mail. We cannot give you a quote without this information. You can also try online by adding the item to the shopping cart, then proceed to "Calculate Shipping". For all international orders, we are not responsible for any taxes, duties, or any other fees in your country as a result of your order.
Same Day Shipping
'Same Day Shipping' indicates that an item is in stock in our warehouse and will ship the same day you order it, provided your order is placed prior to 2pm EST. Please note that 'Same Day Shipping' does not mean that your order will arrive at your shipping destination the same day you order it.
Damaged Orders in Transit
When your new product is delivered please make every effort to inspect the product before taking full receipt from the shipping company. If the box shows significant signs of damage or you know that the product is damaged please refuse acceptance of the shipment and have the shipping company return the item to sender.
If you determine that the product has been damaged after the delivery company has left you must report any damage within 2 days of receipt. This will allow us to file a claim with the shipping company to replace or repair your merchandise. Failure to follow this requirement could result in you having to incur replacement cost for damaged items. Please keep all packaging materials to be used in the claims process with the shipping company.
Returning Damaged Products
In the unlikely event your item is received damaged, contact customer service for a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. We will arrange to have the product shipped back to us. No shipments will be accepted without the RMA, so please call before returning any merchandise
Tracking; All orders processed are automatically sent a tracking number to the customers e-mail. Please refer to this number for any tracking purposes.
